    Navigate to the Admin Dashboard

    Person on the Reply Name and Email will receive responses from the invite

    Enter the subject of the email invitation

    Details of the event automatically populate in the message box. However, you still have the freedom to customize the message before sending it.

    The email will be automatically equipped with two helpful features: a registration link for signing up and an "Add to Calendar" button that allows users to seamlessly add the event to their personal calendars.

    To add attachments, click "Choose File" and select the files you want to include.

    Invitations with RSVP

    RSVPing is not the same as registering. It's simply a way for guests to confirm their attendance or decline an invitation. To effectively manage who's coming to your event, here's how to set up and handle RSVPs:

    In the event's Advanced Options, you can include the RSVP option for invitations.

    Look for the setting called "Include RSVP Option in Invitations for this Event" and check the box to enable it.

    To send invitations with the RSVP option, use the 'invt' link next to the event name on the main event listing.
