**Client folio is required to submit payment:**
1. Name as on Credit Card
2. Billing address
3. Email
**If these are missing, the payment will decline.**

Click [[Payment Link]]
Send Payment Link

1. Enter **email address** of the individual receiving the link
2. **Check** the box next to the Amount
3. Click [[Send email]]

Click [[Close]]

Click the [[X]] to close the **Invoice Details** window.
Client Payment Link Email
The following steps are what the client will experience when receiving the Payment Link.

Client will receive email Subject line: **Payment Link** from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])\

Client will click the [[Payment Link ]]within the body of the email.

Payment Link opens My Windstar Reservation details. \
Click [[Pay Now]]
Payment Options
Reservation in **[[Offer]]** status will be presented with **Deposit(s), Invoice Total,** or **Other Amount.**\

A Reservation in **[[Booked]]** status will present **Invoice Total** and **Other Amount**.

Client may click the radio button next to **Deposits**, **Invoice Total**, or **Other Amount** to pay that amount.

**Deposit**: Amount will be presented along with the date in which it is due.
