Guest View
Once the payment link is sent, the guest will receive the email very quickly. \

Advise to Check Spam if they do not see it within a minute/60 seconds. \
\
Encourage guests to mark our email domain [@windstarcruises.com](mailto:[email protected]) as a safe / allow list in their email.
Note that the payment link expires 72 hours after this e-mail is sent regardless if payment(s) are completed or not.

Recipient will click the [[Payment Link]] in the email and it will take them directly to the Payment Options.

Windstar Agent may refresh the reservation once payment is applied if caller is paying while on the phone.
6/20/2024 | At this time, **the Invoice must still be sent to the caller who is paying by the WS Agent.** \
