Send Signup Sheets for Specific PLAN Date & Time

These steps outline how to send the signup sheet to all members of a service or volunteer team for a specific plan date and time. (Typically used when trying to fill spots at the end of the week) The process to send signups for multiple plans is different - see documentation for those steps.

Navigate to [https://services.planningcenteronline.com/dashboard/0](https://services.planningcenteronline.com/dashboard/0)

Click on the specific PLAN & TIME you want to send signups out for

Click to open the dropdown menu for the team you wish to send signups to

Click "Email"

Make sure "SignUp Sheets" is selected

Double Check the correct team is selected

Tip! If you wish to send the signups to multiple teams for this Plan Date & Time you can add them in this step. (click "add" next to "Teams" and select the additional teams you want to add)

Make the subject field a specific date, call to action!

Tip! (example Add in front of subject line - "2 Slots still to be filled - 080424 -")

Tip! You can also add any necessary info in the body of the email as needed.

Click "Send"

An Email is sent to members inbox as well as directly to their ME page on the Church Center App

Click "OK"
