Send and Test your Forms

From your Beauty Forms dashboard, Click "Online Forms".

Click "Send Form".

Select the Form you want to send from the dropdown.

Select "Email" from the dropdown.

Enter the Name and Email Address of the person you want to send the form to.

Click the yellow "+Add" button.

You can add up to 10 email addresses at a time. Once you're done, Click "Send Form".

Select "SMS" from the dropdown.

Enter the Name of the person you want to send the form to.

Select the Country from the dropdown. The area code will be added automatically.

Enter the Phone Number. You do not need to enter the area code - it will be added automatically.

Click the yellow "+Add" button. You can add up to 10 phone numbers at a time. Once you're done, Click "Send Form".

You can view the forms you have sent by going to the "Pending Forms" section of your account. To navigate here, click on "Online Forms".

Then Click "Pending Forms".

In the Pending Forms section you can view all the forms that you've sent, as well as if they've been opened or not. Once the form has been submitted it will move to "Submitted Forms".
