Navigate to your course homepage
Click "Course Tools"
Click "Classlist"
Click "Email Classlist"
Click "Send Email" to open the Email Composition Window
All your users will appear in the BCC field. Please take a look at your Email Settings if you'd like to receive an email receipt of the sent mail.
