    Sending to a Single Bidder

    Select the company to open the Details panel.

    This shows the date of the Last Invitation sent to the bidder.

    Click this checkbox to select the members you want to sent the Invitation to Bid to.

    Click "Resend Invitations" to resend the Invitation to Bid.

    Sending to Multiple Bidders

    Click "Send Invitations" to send or resend Invitations to Bid to multiple Bidders.

    Click this checkbox to Select all Bidders.

    You can also select the individual companies you would like to send or resend the Invitation to Bid to.

    You can also select the individuals within a company you would like to send or resend the Invitation to Bid to.

    You can see when was the last time that individual was sent and invitation.

    Click "Send Invitations"
