Service Request Creation by a Service Professional and Resident Information Verification

This guide provides a straightforward process for how a Service Professional can generate a Service Request Recommendation and use that to access vital Resident Information on the ServusMobile App. By following these steps, users can efficiently retrieve and verify resident details.

The article below will walks a user with the Service Professional Role through the steps to create a Service Request Recommendation that will then become a Service Request. This will allow the user access to the Resident Information Tab which contains the Resident information for the person that you created the request for.

On your mobile device open that ServusMobile App.

From your Dashboard you can tap on the + button to create a Service Request Recommendation.

Once the New Service Recommendation box opens, add a short title using your keypad or voice to text feature on your device.

Now tap on the Magnifying Glass to open the resident search function.

You can type the resident's unit number in the search box,

Or use the Scroll and Page function until you see their unit.

Once you see their unit number, click on the "People Symbol" just to the right side of the address.

When the resident's names pop up select the name of the resident who has called.

This will populate the Resident's information into the recommendation.

Select your Property Manager from the Manager dropdown list.

Then select the Severity drop down,

And select the appropriate severity.

Now at the bottom of the page click on Recommend.

You should see a notification pop up that the request has been made. You can click there to open the request.

If you do not see the notification then go to your dashboard and tap on New Requests.

This will take you to your requests and you can open it from there.

Once the request is open, tap on the Resident Tab.

This will take you to the resident's information so that you can verify the information about that resident, that has been imported into NVM from your PMS.

Now you can return to the Details Tab and complete the request.

Follow the NVM recommended steps. Accept the request.

In the comments section leave detailed notes as to the work preformed.

The click send to post them to the comments feed.

Once complete click on Complete This Request.

Leave a completion note and answer any mandatory questions. Then tap on Complete again.

Tap the back arrow to take you back to your request page.

Disclaimer: Resident information is retrieved from your PMS system daily, usually between midnight and 2AM. Resident information updated during the business day in the PMS may not be reflected in the NVM system until the following day.
