Set/Edit an Employee's Department and Job Title

Click "Admin Dashboard"

Find the employee in the roster and click the edit (pencil) icon in their row.

Click this dropdown to select the employee's department.

Click this dropdown to select the employee's job title.

Click this checkbox to REMOVE all of the employee's current training requirements and REPLACE them with the training requirements for this job title. This will NOT affect the employee's training records. Note: this is only available if you have identified the training requirements by job title on the Topics page.

Click UPDATE to save the changes.
