Set Optimum Stock Levels

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select menuPick

Click "Administration"

Click "Optimum Stock"

Click "Optimum Stock" to set stock at hospital level

Click on the hospital to set stock at ward level, and then click the ward name This option is used for stock order Top Ups

Click "View Kitchens" to set stock at kitchen level, and then click the kitchen name. If there is only one kitchen at the hospital, you will be taken straight to the kitchen

Search for an item, or use the filters to refine the item list

Click "Go" to apply any filters

In this example, we have the item (LEVEL 4) HALAL MEAL which is ordered in boxes of 12 individual portions. The minimum stock level for this item is set at 5 boxes, which is a minimum of 60 portions (5 x 12 = 60 portions). The maximum stock level is 10 boxes, which is a maximum of 120 portions (10 x 12 = 120 portions). Should our stock holding fall below 5 boxes, the system will automatically generate an order to replenish the stock up to 10 boxes. This ensures that we maintain a sufficient inventory level and do not run out of this product.

Enter the minimum and maximum stock levels The new minimum stock level for this item is 6 boxes, which is a minimum of 72 portions (6 x 12 = 72 portions). The maximum stock level is 11 boxes, which is a maximum of 132 portions (11 x 12 = 132 portions).

Click the tick button to save

In this example, we have the item (LEVEL 4) REALLY CHEESY MAC & CHEESE which is ordered individually (pc = piece). The minimum stock level for this item is set at 20, which is a minimum of 20 individual portions. The maximum stock level is 50, which is a maximum of 50 individual portions. Should our stock holding fall below 20 portions, the system will automatically generate an order to replenish the stock up to 50 portions.
