**Step 38** will check to see if there is an assigned provider for the appointment.
If yes, we will move to **Steps 39-40.** If there is no provider, we will move to **Step 42**.
**Step 39** will pull the assigned providers information.
**Step 40** will send a text to the lead reminding them to purchase a membership and trying to get in contact with them and sign the text message from the appointment provider.

**Step 42** will send the same text message to the lead without the personalized signature at the end.
