    Go to "Settings"

    Click "Custom Two Way"

    Click Setup Mail Servers

    Enter your email address \ \ Note, this can't be an alias email, only the main one on the account.

    To get instructions on how to create a password, click on instructions

    This is an example using Google Mail - click on create and manage your app passwords

    Verify your details

    Create a name for the password so you know what it's linked to

    and click "Create"

    Copy the generated password

    and enter this in the password field on the SMTP settings back in Squeegee

    Click "VALIDATE SMTP SETTINGS"

    Then you'll see that thew first screen was successful and you should just need to validate IMAP settings

    To show an example now of an inbound message, you'll see them come into alerts.

    Press on the alert to view it fully

    From here you can go to the customer (or in the case of an email that doesn't exist on your Squeegee account, you can either add a new contact or ignore future emails from that address.

    where they are a Squeegee contact, you can view the message on the message tab.
