Enter your domain name and click "Next".
DO NOT enter https or www in the domain name.

A window will popup with some DNS records that will be added to your domain registrar (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.)
The steps below show how to edit your domain name's DNS settings at Cloudflare. If you are using a different domain registrar, the screenshots will be different, but the steps will be similar.

In your Cloudflare account, click "Websites" and then the click on the domain name you are verifying

Click "DNS"

Click "Add record"

Enter the information for the first record from ConvertKit and click Save.
- Type: CNAME
- Name: ckespa
- Target: [[the value provided by ConvertKit]]
- Proxy Status: Turned off (DNS only) - not this setting is only for Cloudflare\
TTL: Leave as Auto or the default

Click "Add record"

Enter the information for the second record from ConvertKit and click Save.
- Type: CNAME
- Name: cka.\_domainkey
- Target: [[the value provided by ConvertKit]]
- Proxy Status: Turned off (DNS only) - not this setting is only for Cloudflare\
TTL: Leave as Auto or the default

Click "Add Record"

Enter the information for the third record from ConvertKit and click Save. This step is only required if you do not already have a DMARC record for your domain name.
- Type: TXT
- Name: \_dmarc
- Content: v=DMARC1; p=none;
- TTL: Auto or leave as the default

After all the records have been entered, head back to your ConvertKit account click "Validate".
Note that it could take a couple hours before ConvertKit detects the DNS changes.

If the records were entered correctly and ConvertKit detects them, you should recieve a success message like the one below. Click "Finish".

You will be taken back to the Email settings screen and should see your domain name listed in the Verified Sending Domains area with a green checkmark next to it.
