      First Time Set Up of the WPP30 Dongle

      Plug the dongle into your computer. The light should glow amber on the dongle.

      Open File Explorer.

      Find and double-click on "CD Drive (D:) WPP30".

      Double-click and run PresentationLauncher.exe

      The necessary files will auto-install. After completion, you will see the Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod window, and the light on the dongle should be green. Whenever you plug the dongle in again, it will automatically open this application window.

      Usage of the Software

      Be sure that BYOD Mode is checked. This will allow for your screens contents to automatically be displayed once you begin the share.

      By selecting this dropdown, you can set the extra display to either: a. Display exactly what is on your laptop's screen via Duplicate Screen, or b. Act as a second monitor that you can drag windows on and off of via Extended Screen.

      By selecting "More", you are given extra options for display, such as specific applications rather than a whole window.

      To begin the screen sharing, you can either: a. Click "Press to share" on the application, or b. Press the button on the dongle.

      This little indicator will appear at the top of your screen. This indicates that you are sharing your screen, and will also display connection quality.

      By hovering over that indicator, you have two options:

      New Share brings up this menu, allowing you to select different sharing modes.

      Stop Sharing will, well, stop sharing your screen!
