Set a Default ACL for new media

Log in as an 'Administrator'

Click "Admin"

Click "Services"

Click "Imagen"

Click "Management"

Click "MediaControlCentre"

Click "Databases"

Select your database and click "Edit"

Click "Default access rights"

Click "Media objects"

Click "Add" to assign new default permissions for a user or group

To create new permissions for an individual user click "Select a user". For this example, we will "Select a group"

Click the "Type group name..." field. and start entering "Standard" and Imagen will perform a search for this group. Click "Standard" to select and click "Add" Click "Add"

Click the dropdown and select the rights to be applied to this group. In this example, we give access for 'Standard' users to "View" new records, but not to "View and download", or "View edit and download". Click "Save" Click "Save"
