Helpdesk Message allows you to broadcast a message to all Helpdesk users. This message will display at the top of the Operations Console in bold red text.

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select the required hospital from the drop-down box

Choose whether or not to display a message using the toggle button/ This allows you to add a message ahead of time without it appearing on the dashboard

The new message will appear at the top of the Operations Console

There are staff shortages across all departments because of the snow, please only raise essential jobs and expect delays
