Open your Visme project in the editor window. Look for the **Share** button at the top right of the screen and click on it.

The Share Online menu will appear. Switch to the **Share Privately** tab.

Once you click Share Project, a window will appear where you can add people via email address and assign them specific permissions such as **Can View** or **Can Comment.** To grant **Can Edit** access, the user must be part of your team, and you can select their name from the drop-down menu provided.

Can only see the project.
Can Comment
Can add comments and reply threads.
Can Edit(Team members only)
Full access, can edit the project and add comments.

Note that you have the option to set parameters for all users, such as **Anyone with the link, Only people on my team, or Restricted to specific people** (These settings are similar to file-sharing options in other platforms like Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox).

Furthermore, you can easily edit permissions for users you’ve added previously, or even revoke access altogether.

Once you’re ready to share your project, a sharing link will be automatically generated. Simply click the **Copy Link** button to copy the link to your clipboard and share it with your intended audience.
