    Set up Approval Rules

      Navigate to Approval Rules under Workflows

      Click "Add a review stage"

      Select a Review type and Add Team Members as Reviewers

      Click on the Rule card to configure it

      Click the "Apply to field" dropdown.

      Select which field the condition should be applied to.

      Click the "Condition" dropdown

      Select the condition type. For example, Use Number or amount to flag invoices over budget thresholds.

      Configure the condition. In this case, "Is greater than".

      Complete the rest of the steps as required. In this case, we will enter the value for the budget threshold as 5000.

      Click "Done"
