You will need a mobile device (phone or tablet) connected to the internet to set up MFA on your account.

    Open the MFA Registration Wizard

    1
On your mobile device, open your web browser and go to <https://outlook.office.com/mail/>. This is the same address you use to log into your NSH email account.

You will see a message saying "More information required". Click "Next" to open the MFA Registration Wizard which will guide you through the steps to register your MFA. **PLEASE NOTE:** If you do not see "More information required" when logging into your NSH account, IT has not yet turned MFA on for your account. You will receive an email in your NSH Outlook inbox when MFA has been turned on for your account.
    4
You may be prompted to enter your password. If so, enter your NSH password into the box then click "Sign in"
    5

By default, the Microsoft MFA Wizard will prompt you to set up your phone number as your 2nd authentication method. **If you prefer, you can set up your email address as your 2nd authentication method instead of your phone number.** Please follow the appropriate instructions below to set up your 2nd authentication method. **You only need to set up your phone number OR your email address as your 2nd authentication method, you DO NOT need to set up BOTH.**
