To access RSVP settings, navigate to the event you want to edit.

Click the "NEXT" button until you reach the Post Event Feedback page.

The Post Event Feedback page is located on page 3 (after the RSVP page).

When creating an event as an organization leader or administrator, you have the option to enable automatic event rating notifications to track attendees after the event concludes. The notification will automatically send to all users who were marked as "attended" at the event. 

The next thing you'll notice is Event Ratings. This feature sends an email to each tracked attendee on the event prompting them to rate the event out of 5 stars and provide an optional comment. 

Below "Event Ratings", the Event Evaluation Questions section will show. This is where you can add in custom feedback questions of your own.

All event attendees can anonymously rate the event on a 5 star scale and leave an optional comment.

If questions are added, all event attendees will be able to anonymously answer.

ADD QUESTION

Click the "Add Summary" field to add a statement to summarize your event question.

Under "Question Type", select how you want the feedback question to appear.

The "Question Type" options are single line, multi line, radio button, checkboxes, or dropdown. For this multiple choice question, we will use Radio Button.

Click "ADD QUESTION", if you want to add custom Feedback Questions beyond basic ratings.

After you click "ADD QUESTION", type your question text and question answer choices in each corresponding text box.

Select if you would like to "Add a question description".

Preview your custom feedback question on the right side of the screen.

After you have added your custom questions, hit next to finish editing your event settings.


Your changes are not saved until you hit the "Complete Submission" button at the end. Note: Your screen may look slightly different than this.
