    Set up an email signature

      Create a new signature

      Click the gear icon to open the settings

      Click "Compose and reply"

      Click "New signature" to start creating a new email signature

      Design your signature

      Type in a name for this signature. You can have multiple signatures saved and choose which one you want to use later.

      Type in what you want to appear as your email signature

      Use the buttons at the bottom to edit the design of your signature such as changing the font, text size, alignment, appearance, hyperlinks, etc.

      TIP: You may find it easier to design your email signature in another program such as Word, PowerPoint or Canva. Simply copy-and-paste your email signature into the box when finished!

      Select your signature

      Choose which signature you want to appear on New Messages and on Replies/Forwarded messages by selecting it from the dropdown

      Click "Save" to apply your selections

      Delete a signature

      Click on the dropdown and choose the signature you want to delete

      Click "Delete"

      Click "Save" to delete the signature

      Click the "X" button to exit the signature window
