Click "ADD" to create a new booking policy.

You have different sales conditions that you can select. Choose the appropriate one.

Each field can be personalized by clicking on the pen. 

Don't forget to add the name of your sale condition in French too!

If you want to personalized the field "Booking Conditions" click on the pen.

Payment of the entire stay upon arrival. Banking information is requested only as a guarantee.

Here you can choose to take a deposit or not.

Then you can choose if you want to keep the credit card of the client on file as a guarantee.

You can personalized the cancellation conditions and fees if you have a no show.

You have optional settings. In the first section "Customization of my terms of sale" you can use the generated booking conditions or add your specific information.

For example, click on "Complete or replace my cancellation conditions". Here you can choose if you want to add information or replace all the generated cancellation conditions.

In the section  "Condition allowing the modification of reservation" you can choose if you accept modification and if the client can cancel the booking online.

Will modification be permitted for any offer booking attached to this condition?

The last section "Scope and display settings" lets you select for which booking is it going to be applied and the wording of deposit.

Do not forget to save your changes!
Then go in the blue menu - Offers - My offers in order to add this booking condition on the selected offers.
