Update Individual Assignments Batch Update Multiple Assignments

Due dates can be set in Oxford Insight individually or multiple assignments can be set to the same due date using the "Batch Update" functionality. These directions will walk you through both options. To skip ahead, use the Table of Contents on the left.

Login to your Oxford Insight account using your existing credentials. If you do not remember your credentials or have issues loggin in, click, "Retrieve your password" and follow the steps to reset your password.

Update Individual Assignments

To individually update assignments, click on the fields for "Open Date", "Due Date", and "Close Date" to set your date and time. Selecting "Graded" here will indicate you wish the assignment to appear in the gradebook.

If you are updating due dates in a course that was duplicated from a previous term, use the search bar and filter for "Graded" to surface anything added to your gradebook in the previous term. These assignments can be updated individually or by using the batch settings.

Batch Update Multiple Assignments

To update multiple assignments at a time, you will use the "Batch Update" functionality. Click the box next to any assignments you wish to update or add a due date to.
