Click Setting icon.

Click "Setup"

Click the "Quick Find" field.

Type "chatter"
Click "Email Settings"

Enter "From Name" and "Email Address"

Click "Save." Make sure to verify the email address by clicking the verify link in the email that gets sent out from Salesforce.
