Two days before a client's membership hold ends, they'll receive a message. You can easily personalize this message to sound more like your business! Here's how:
- **Click "Step 10: Send In-App Chat."** This opens up the message settings.
- **Find the "Message" section.**
- **Update the message with your own wording.**
