    Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.

    You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Universal folder - Membership Management folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Hold Ending Notification

    Click Edit to be brought into the Editor mode. - **Start:** This process begins when a client's membership is put on hold. - **Automatic Reminder:** The system automatically sends a message to the client before their hold ends. - **Get Clients Back:** This friendly reminder helps clients plan their return and keeps them connected to your business. - **Error Handling:** If any issues occur, you'll receive an email alert. If you need help, just forward that email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).

    Two days before a client's membership hold ends, they'll receive a message. You can easily personalize this message to sound more like your business! Here's how: - **Click "Step 10: Send In-App Chat."** This opens up the message settings. - **Find the "Message" section.** - **Update the message with your own wording.** *Customization Example:* "We've missed you, \[Client Name\]! Your hold is almost over, and we're looking forward to seeing you back in the studio."

    **Important:** Remember to customize the messages in **both Step 10 and Step 12**. Step 10 is for clients with an assigned owner, and Step 12 is for those without.
