    2
Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.
    3
You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Your industry folder type (Functional Fitness, Jiu Jitsu, Universal) - Lead Nurture folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Lead Conversion Catalyst
    4
Be sure to click EDIT to access the editor. This recipe will trigger when a lead has been marked as Disqualified in Wodify (**Step 1**). This workflow will follow up with leads for up to 300 days after being marked disqualified. As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]
    5
**Step 4** will grab the lead's information from the lead profile. **Step 5** will pause the workflow as we wait 30 days after being marked disqualified before sending any communication. **Step 6** will then check to make sure that the lead is still marked as disqualified after the 30 day mark. If lead has re-engaged with the business and is no longer disqualified, **Steps 7-8** will remove the lead from the workflow. If the lead is still marked as disqualified, the workflow will skip to **Step 9.**
    6
**Step 9** will check to see if there is a lead owner. If YES, the workflow will complete **Steps 10-11.** If there is no lead owner found, the workflow will skip to **Step 13.**
    7
**Step 10** will grab the lead owners' information. **Step 11** will send a text message to the lead signed by the lead owner. *Pro-tip: If you click into an SMS task, you can edit what the text message reads by scrolling to the message section!* **Step 13** will send the same text message to the lead signed from the business if no lead owner is found.
    8
The workflow will then wait 30 days before continuing. If the lead is still marked as disqualified after those 30 days, **Steps 19-20** will send a text message to the lead signed by the lead owner, checking in and trying to get them re-engaged with the bsuiness. **Step 22** will send the same text signed from the business rather than an individual.
    9
The workflow will then wait another 30 days before continuing. If the lead is still marked as disqualified after the next 30 days (total of 90 so far), **Steps 28-29** will send an email to the lead to try to re-engage with them and sign the email from the lead owner. *This email can be found and edited by going to Workflows > Email Templates and searching the template name "Hot take: Weight loss isn't everything"* **Step 22** will send the same email signed from business rather than an individual employee if no lead owner is found on the profile.
    10
The workflow will then wait another 30 days before continuing - we are now 4 months out from being marked disqualified. If the lead is still marked as disqualified after the 4 month mark, **Steps 38-39** will send an email to the lead to try to re-engage with them and sign the email from the lead owner. **Step 40** will assign a task to the lead owner to call the cold lead and try to get in touch that way. If no lead owner is found on the lead profile: **Step 42** will send the same email signed from business rather than an individual employee and **Step 43** will assign the task to either an individual or a group of staff members based on your settings.
    11
The workflow will then wait another 30 days before continuing. If the lead is still marked as disqualified, **Steps 49-50** will send an email to the lead to try to re-engage with them and sign the email from the lead owner. If no lead owner is found on the lead profile: **Step 52** will send the same email signed from business rather than an individual employee.
    12
The workflow will then wait another 30 days before continuing - 6 months in! If the lead is still marked as disqualified, **Steps 58-59** will send an email to the lead to try to re-engage with them and sign the email from the lead owner. If no lead owner is found on the lead profile: **Step 51** will send the same email signed from business rather than an individual employee.
    13
The workflow will then wait another 60 days before continuing - moving us into 8 months past being marked as disqualified. If the lead is still marked as disqualified, **Steps 67-68** will send an email to the lead to try to re-engage with them and sign the email from the lead owner. If no lead owner is found on the lead profile: **Step 70** will send the same email signed from business rather than an individual employee.
    14
The workflow will then wait another 30 days (officially 300 days!) before continuing. If the lead is still marked as disqualified, **Steps 76-77** will send an email to the lead to try to re-engage with them and sign the email from the lead owner. If no lead owner is found on the lead profile: **Step 79** will send the same email signed from business rather than an individual employee.
