    4
Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a lead has been created in the system with the status of NEW (**Step 1**). The purpose of this recipe is to follow up with a lead after they have first been entered into the system through either: a signed waiver, the lead form on your website, or manually by a staff member. As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]
    5
**Step 4** of the workflow will determine if the lead was created from a signed waiver. If YES, the workflow will move on to **Step 5-9**. **Step 5** will wait 2 days and then check to see if the lead has booked into a free trial or been converted to a membership. If the lead status has been changed from New or Contacted we will remove the lead from the workflow. If the lead was not created from a signed waiver the workflow will move to **Step 10.**
    6
**Step 10** will pull the leads information. **Step 11** will check to see if the lead is listed as a Dependent. If YES, **Steps 12-13** will remove the dependent lead from the workflow. If the lead is not a dependent the workflow will move onto **Step 14-15**.
    7
**Step 14** will pull the leads waiver information to provide the employee if needed. **Step 15** will check to see if there is a lead owner assigned. If YES, the workflow will move to **Steps 16-19**. If no lead owner found, the workflow will move to **Steps 21-23**.
    8
**Step 16** will pull the assigned lead owner's personal information so that the communication is signed appropriately and the task is assigned to the lead owner. **Step 17** will send an email to the client. *This email can be found and edited by going to Workflows > Email Templates and searching the template name "Thank you for your interest"* **Step 18** will send a text message to the lead thanking them for getting in contact and sign the text from the lead owner. *Pro-tip: If you click into an SMS task, you can edit what the text message reads by scrolling to the message section!* **Step 19** will assign a task to the lead owner to call the lead and get them to take the next step in your lead process. If no lead owner is found, **Steps 21-23** will send the same communication but signed from the business rather than an individual. The task is **Step 23** will be assigned to either an individual or a segment based on your settings.
    9
The workflow will them wait one day before continuing. **Step 30** will assign a task for the lead owner to call the lead on the second day to try to get them to move forward in the lead process. **Step 32** will assign that same task to either an individual or group of people in the case that no lead owner is found.
    10
The workflow will then wait one day before continuing. **Step 39** will assign a third task to the lead owner to call the lead and try to get them to move forward in the lead process. **Step 41** will assign the same task to either an individual or a group of staff if no lead owner is found.
    11
The workflow will then wait one day before continuing. **Step 48** will assign a final task to the lead owner to call the lead and try to get them to move forward in the lead process. **Step 50** will assign the same task to either an individual or a group of staff if no lead owner is found.
    12
The workflow will then wait two days before continuing. **Step 56** will pull the lead owners information. **Step 57** will send a text message to the lead signed by the lead owner in a final attempt to get the lead to move forward in the process. **Step 59** will send the same email signed from the business if no lead owner is found.
    13
The workflow will then wait two days before continuing. **Steps 65 and 66** will create a task for the provider to mark the lead as DIsqualified in Wodify. *Pro-tip: If you have the Lead Conversion Catalyst workflow active, marking a lead disqualified will automatically enroll them into a 300 day outreach workflow!* **Step 68** will assign the task to either a group of staff members or an individual based on your setting.
