**Step 16** will pull the assigned lead owner's personal information so that the communication is signed appropriately and the task is assigned to the lead owner.
**Step 17** will send an email to the client.
*This email can be found and edited by going to Workflows > Email Templates and searching the template name "Thank you for your interest"*
**Step 18** will send a text message to the lead thanking them for getting in contact and sign the text from the lead owner.
*Pro-tip: If you click into an SMS task, you can edit what the text message reads by scrolling to the message section!*
**Step 19** will assign a task to the lead owner to call the lead and get them to take the next step in your lead process.
If no lead owner is found, **Steps 21-23** will send the same communication but signed from the business rather than an individual. The task is **Step 23** will be assigned to either an individual or a segment based on your settings.
