    Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.

    You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Your industry folder type (Functional Fitness, Jiu Jitsu, Universal) - Lead Nurture folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Lead Launchpad - Intro Class Prep

    Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a lead has booked a free trial class (**Step 1**). This workflow will send reminders to the lead about their booked class as well as prepare the coach for the lead so that they can make the sale following class. As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]

    **Step 4** will grab the lead's information from the lead profile. **Step 5** will send an email to their lead thanking them for booking with the details of the date, time, and location of the booked free trial class. *This email can be found and edited by going to Workflows > Email Templates and searching the template name "Your Upcoming class at"*

    **Step 6** will check to see if a coach is assigned to class booked by the lead. If YES, the workflow will move onto **Steps 7-8.** If there is no assigned coach, the workflow will skip to **Step 10**.

    **Steps 7-8** will send a text to the lead signed from the coach thanking them for booking and reminding them of the date, time, and location of the class. *Pro-tip: If you click into an SMS task, you can edit what the text message reads by scrolling to the message section!* If there is no assigned coach, **Step 10** will send the same text message without the personalized signature.

    **Step 11** will then pull the amount of time between when this step is fired and the start of class. *We are looking to see how long between NOW and the start of class is.* **Step 12** is going to check if the time is greater than 24 hours. If there is more than 24 hours between booking and starting, the workflow will complete **Steps 13-21** to send communication at the 24 hour mark. If there is less than 24 hours between booking and starting, the workflow will skip to **Step 22.**

    **If now is more than 24 hours from start time:** **Step 13** will force the workflow to wait until the 24 hour mark prior to class. **Step 14** will check to see if the lead is still reserved for the class. If the lead has canceled their booking, **Steps 15 and 16** will remove the lead from the workflow.

    If the lead is still set to come to the booked class, **Steps 18-19** will send an email to the lead reminding them of their appointment signed by the coach of the class. **Step 21** will send the same email signed by the business if there is no coach assigned to the class.

    **Step 22** will check to see if the time (NOW) is more than 12 hours before the start of class. If there are more than 12 hours between now and the start of class, the workflow will complete **Steps 23-31**. If there are less than 12 hours between now and the start of class, the workflow will skip to **Step 32.**

    **If the time (now) is more than 12 hours from the start of class:** **Step 23** will cause the workflow to wait until the 12 hour mark prior to the start of class. **Step 24** will check to see if the lead is still reserved for the class. If the lead has canceled their booking, **Steps 25 and 26** will remove the lead from the workflow

    If the lead is still set to come to the booked class, **Steps 28-29** will send a text to the lead reminding them of their appointment signed by the coach of the class. **Step 31** will send the same text signed by the business if there is no coach assigned to the class.

    **Step 32** will check to see if the time (NOW) is more than 1 hours before the start of class. If there are more than 12 hours between now and the start of class, the workflow will complete **Steps 33-44**. If there are less than 12 hours between now and the start of class, the workflow will skip to **the end of the workflow.**

    **If the time (now) is more than 1 hours from the start of class:** **Step 33** will cause the workflow to wait until the 1 hour mark prior to the start of class. **Step 34** will check to see if the lead is still reserved for the class. If the lead has canceled their booking, **Steps 35 and 36** will remove the lead from the workflow

    If the lead is still set to come to the booked class, **Steps 39-40** will send a text to the lead reminding them of their appointment signed by the coach of the class. **Step 41** will assign a task to the coach to prep for the upcoming free trial. If there is not coach assigned to the class: **Step 43** will send the same text signed by the business if there is no coach assigned to the class. **Step 44** will assign a task to either a specific employee or a group of employees depending on your settings.
