    Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.

    You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Universal folder - Membership Management folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Membership Renewal Notice

    Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a clients membership is set to auto-renew (**Step 1**). This workflow will send communication to the lead prior to the membership renewal to let clients know that they will be charged again. As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]

    **Step 3** will enroll the client into the Workflow **Step 4** sets the workflow to send the notification 14 days before the renewal at 9 AM in the morning If the membership is no longer set to renew at the 14 day mark **Steps 5-6** will stop the workflow. If the workflow is set to renew, the workflow will move on to **Step 7**

    **Step 7** will grab the client's information **Step 8** will grab the membership information **Step 9** will check to see if there is a client owner present on the profile If yes, the workflow will move on to **Steps 10-11**. If there is no client owner, the workflow will move on to **Step 13**.

    **Step 10** will pull the client owners information **Step 11** will send an email to the client signed from the client owner letting them know of the renewal and upcoming charge *Pro-tip: You can edit the email template by going to Workflows > Email Templates and searching for "Your Membership Will Auto-Renew Soon"* If there was no client owners **Step 13** will send the same email and sign it from the business.

    **Step 14** will set the workflow to send the next notification 2 days before the renewal at 10 AM in the morning If the membership is no longer set to renew at the 14 day mark **Steps 15-16** will stop the workflow. If the workflow is set to renew, the workflow will move on to **Step 17**

    **Step 17** will grab the client's information **Step 18** will grab the membership information **Step 19** will check to see if there is a client owner present on the profile If yes, the workflow will move on to **Steps 20-21**. If there is no client owner, the workflow will move on to **Step 23**.
