Additionally, for those moments when you might be away from your desk or on-the-go, the MiCollab Client offers a softphone feature. You can install the MiCollab Client on your work computer or as an app on your mobile phone. This ensures you always remain connected, facilitating continuous communication and collaboration with your team and clients, regardless of your location.

This guide assumes the MiCollab Client has already been installed on your computer by your IT staff or other third party. If that is not the case, please have them do so and then return to this guide to continue. Find the "MiCollab" icon on your desktop and open the client by double clicking it.

The MiCollab Client will open and present its End User License Agreement. Click Accept to proceed.
