Log in to your account at [app.ottofinance.io](http://app.ottofinance.io)

Click the "Connect" prompt on your dashboard.

Confirm authorisation with our calendar integration provider.

Now that your calendar is set up, head to the Settings page.

Enable the checkbox "Record external meetings".

Change the name of the meeting bot. This will be visible when the bot is present during your meetings – this will be saved automatically. Your meeting bot is now ready to go!
