    Setting Up an Admin Profile w/ Limited User Access

    Log into your Production or Sandbox environment.

    Click the Setup gear.

    Click the "Setup for current app" option.

    Click the "Quick Find" field.

    Type in "profile" from the Quick Find bar.

    Click "Profiles" from the sidebar options that appear.

    Select the "New Profile" button.

    Make sure "System Administrator" is chosen on Existing Profile field. Then, type in the new name in the "Profile Name" field for this profile you want to create. For example, perhaps you call this "SysAdmin - Limited User Rights."

    Hit the "Save" button.

    You're going to be taken to an overview of this Profile. First, take note of the ID found in the URL. I's at the end -- after the %2F, and it starts with 00e.

    Then, scroll down on the Profile's overview page to the "System" section. Click "System Permissions."

    Click "Edit."

    Scroll to the last section: "Users."

    Review these options and determine which responsibilities this Profile should NOT have. Uncheck those boxes.

    At minimum, we recommend unchecking the "Manage Users" checkbox. But, you need to decide ultimately what this Administrator should NOT be able to do.

    Click the "Save" button.

    Click again the "Save" button to confirm the changes.

    Click "Object Manager" in the upper-left.

    Click the "Quick Find" field and type "User."
