    Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.
    You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Your industry folder (Functional Fitness, Universal, or Jiu Jitsu) - Client Nurture folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called 12 Month Lost Client Reactivation
    Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a client has been switched from on-ramp or active status to inactive (**Step 1**). As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to support@wodify.com
    **Step 3** enrolls the client in the workflow **Step 4** will grab the client's information
    **Step 5** will check to see if there is a client owner present on the profile. If YES, the workflow will complete **Steps 6-7.** If there is no client owner present, the workflow will move on to **Step 9.**
    If there is a client owner: **Step 6** will grab the client owners information **Step 7** will create a task to update the notes section on the client profile to include reasons for leaving and assign in to the client owner. If there is no client owner, **Step 9** will create the same task and assign it to either a group of employees or an individual employee based on your settings. *Pro-tip: To edit a task assignment, click the task step, and select either employee or segment for the assignee type. You can then select "Select from list" and pick either a segment (all admin, managers, or coaches) or an individual employee depending on your assignee type.*
    The workflow will then wait 30 days before continuing. **Step 11** will check to see if the client is still marked as inactive at the end of the 30 days. If the client is marked as active **Steps 12-13** will take the client out of the workflow. If the client is still marked as inactive, the workflow will continue to **Step 14.**
    **Step 14** will check to see if there is a client owner on the profile. If yes, the system will complete **Steps 15-17** If there is no client owner, the system will complete **Steps 19-20**
    **Step 15** will grab the client owners information **Step 16** will create a task for the client owner to call the lost client and try to re-engage with them **Step 17** will send an email to the client signed by the client owner *Pro-tip! This email can be found and edited by going to Workflows > Email Templates and searching the template name "Reignite Your Fitness Journey with a Free Class and More!"* If there is no client owner present, **Step 19** will create the same task and assign it to a group of staff members or an individual based on your settings. **Step 20** will send the same email signed by the business rather than an individual.
    The workflow will then wait 30 days before continuing. **Step 22** will check to see if the client is still marked as inactive at the end of the 30 days. If the client is marked as active **Steps 23-24** will take the client out of the workflow. If the client is still marked as inactive, the workflow will continue to **Step 25.**
    **Step 25** will check to see if there is a client owner on the profile. If yes, the system will complete **Steps 26-28** If there is no client owner, the system will complete **Step 30-31**
    **Step 26** will grab the client owners information **Step 27** will create a task for the client owner to call the lost client and try to re-engage with them **Step 28** will send a text message to the client signed from the client owner *Pro-tip: If you click into an SMS task, you can edit what the text message reads by scrolling to the message section!* If there is no client owner present, **Step 19** will create the same task and assign it to a group of staff members or an individual based on your settings. **Step 20** will send the same text signed by the business rather than an individual.
    The workflow will then wait 30 days before continuing. **Step 33** will check to see if the client is still marked as inactive at the end of the 30 days. If the client is marked as active **Steps 34-35** will take the client out of the workflow. If the client is still marked as inactive, the workflow will continue to **Step 36.**
    **Step 36** will check to see if there is a client owner on the profile. If yes, the system will complete **Steps 37-38** If there is no client owner, the system will complete **Step 40**
    **Step 37** will grab the client owners information **Step 38** will send a text message to the client signed from the client owner If there is no client owner present, **Step 20** will send the same text signed by the business rather than an individual.
    The workflow will then wait 30 days before continuing. **Step 42** will check to see if the client is still marked as inactive at the end of the 30 days. If the client is marked as active **Steps 43-44** will take the client out of the workflow. If the client is still marked as inactive, the workflow will continue to **Step 45.**
    **Step 45** will check to see if there is a client owner on the profile. If yes, the system will complete **Steps 46-47** If there is no client owner, the system will complete **Step 49**
    **Step 46** will grab the client owners information **Step 47** will send an email to the client signed by the client owner If there is no client owner present, **Step 49** will send the same email signed by the business rather than an individual.
    The workflow will then wait 30 days before continuing. **Step 51** will check to see if the client is still marked as inactive at the end of the 30 days. If the client is marked as active **Steps 52-53** will take the client out of the workflow. If the client is still marked as inactive, the workflow will continue to **Step 54.**
