    Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a lead has successfully signed into the free intro appointment (**Step 1**). The purpose of this recipe is to follow up with a lead post free intro appointment to get the lead to purchase a membership. As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]

    After the lead has been signed into the intro appointment, we are going to wait one day (**Step 4**) and then check to see if they have been converted to a client (**Step 5**). If the lead has become a client or has booked a second free appointment or a free class in accordance to your free trial settings or lead process, we will stop the workflow (**Steps 6 &7**). If the lead has not been converted and has not booked a second class we will move on in the workflow.

    **Step 9** will check to see if a provider assigned to the appointment If there is an assigned provider, the workflow will complete **Steps 10-11**. If there is not an assigned provider, the workflow will complete **Step 13**.

    **Step 10** will pull the assigned provider's information and use the provider's name to sign off on the communication. **Step 11** will assign a task to the provider to call the lead and either sell a membership or get the lead booked into their next free appointment **Step 13** will assign the same task as step 11 to either an individual staff member of a group of staff members. You can edit this step by clicking on step 13 and adjusting the assignee.

    The workflow will then wait 1 day before sending communication. **Step 15** will check to see if the lead has purchased a membership or made a new reservation. If they have made a new reservation/converted to a client we will stop the workflow. If no new reservation or purchase is found we will move on to **Step 19.**

    **Step 19** will check to see if there is an assigned provider for the appointment. If yes, we will move to **Steps 20-21.** If there is no provider, we will move to **Step 23**. **Step 20** will pull the assigned providers information. **Step 21** will assign a task to the provider to call the lead a second time to try to sell them a membership or book an addition free class/appointment. **Step 23** will assign this task to either an individual staff member of your choosing or a group of staff.

    The workflow will then wait 2 days before sending additional communication. **Step 25** will check to see if the lead has purchased a membership or made a new reservation. If they have made a new reservation/converted to a client we will stop the workflow. If no new reservation or purchase is found we will move on to **Step 29.**

    **Step 29** will check to see if there is an assigned provider for the appointment. If yes, we will move to **Steps 30-31.** If there is no provider, we will move to **Step 33**. **Step 30** will pull the assigned providers information. **Step 31** will assign a task to the provider to call the lead a third time to try to sell them a membership or book an addition free class/appointment. **Step 33** will assign this task to either an individual staff member of your choosing or a group of staff.

    The workflow will then wait 2 before sending additional communication. **Step 35** will check to see if the lead has purchased a membership or made a new reservation. If they have made a new reservation/converted to a client we will stop the workflow. If no new reservation or purchase is found we will move on to **Step 38.**

    **Step 38** will check to see if there is an assigned provider for the appointment. If yes, we will move to **Steps 39-40.** If there is no provider, we will move to **Step 42**. **Step 39** will pull the assigned providers information. **Step 40** will send a text to the lead reminding them to purchase a membership and trying to get in contact with them and sign the text message from the appointment provider. *Pro-tip: If you click into an SMS task, you can edit what the text message reads by scrolling to the message section!* **Step 42** will send the same text message to the lead without the personalized signature at the end.

    The workflow will then wait 2 days before continuing. **Step 44** will check to see if the lead has purchased a membership or made a new reservation. If they have made a new reservation/converted to a client we will stop the workflow. If no new reservation or purchase is found we will move on to **Step 48.**

    **Steps 49 and 50** will create a task for the provider to mark the lead as DIsqualified in Wodify. *Pro-tip: If you have the Lead Conversion Catalyst workflow active, marking a lead disqualified will automatically enroll them into a 300 day outreach workflow!* **Step 52** will assign the task to either a group of staff members or an individual based on your setting.
