Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.
You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Your industry folder (Functional Fitness, Universal, or Jiu Jitsu) - Client Nurture folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Client without Recent Sign-Ins in 14 Days This workflow will send a notification when a client hasn't attended a class or appointment in 14 days.
Tip! 14 days is our suggestion - this is customizable based on your preference. Some other common time periods are: 7 days, 21 days, and 30 days
**Customize Your Workflow:** Click "Edit" to be brought into editor mode **How it works:** - This workflow runs everyday at 9AM Eastern Time - When a client hasn't signed-in for 14 days we will send an in-app chat to the client - We will send you an alert reminding you to touch base with them **Check-in and Retain:** Use this opportunity to strengthen your relationship and help the client succeed

Set the number of days since last sign-in you want to create an alert for. - **Click Step 7 "Get Clients"** - **Find the Select Value field** in the right hand editing window - **Enter in the number of days** *The default is 14 days. No action is needed if you prefer this setting.*
We will create a task for the Client Owner assigned to the client to check in with them about their lapse in attendance and send the client an in-app message.
To edit the in-app message: - **Click Step 10 "Send In-App Chat"** - **Find the Message box** - **Edit the message text**
Alert! Make sure you edit the message in **Step 13 "Send In-App Chat"** to keep messaging the same regardless of whether you have assign client owners or not.
Tip! Don't assign client owners? Edit **Step 12 "Create Task"** to assign this task to a group of employees or an individual of your choice. [Watch this video for more information](https://wodify.hubs.vidyard.com/watch/9QYnqD86mJdbbNq99ZDWvg?).
Click **"Save"** to save any changes you made and click **"Exit"** to leave the editor mode.
Click **"Start Recipe"** and begin retaining clients today!
