    Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.

    You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Universal folder - Membership Management folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Membership Welcome Series

    Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a client purchases a specific membership (**Step 1**). This workflow will send a custom intro email to the client about their membership. *Please note: this will be Membership Specific - you will need to adjust the trigger to match the name of a specific membership. If you have multiple memberships you would like to connect to this workflow, we reccomend duplicating this workflow as many times as needed!* As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]

    Step 1 the recipe will start when a client purchases a specific membership.

    To connect this workflow to a specific membership, click on the trigger step

    Scroll down to the If statement and copy and paste the name of the membership from **Classes > Pricing** into the value field *Example: If you want this to trigger when a client purchases your Unlimited Membership, please type or copy and paste Unlimited Membership into this field. Please note, the name must match exactly to what is listed under Classes > Pricing* You can then click save to save the change.

    **Step 3** will enroll the client in the workflow **Step 4** will grab the client's information **Step 5** will grab their signed waiver

    **Step 6** will check to see if there is a client owner present on the profile. If yes, the workflow will move to **Step 7-9.** If there is no client owner present the workflow will skip to **Steps 11-12.**

    **Step 7** will pull the client owner's information. **Step 8** will send an email signed from the business with information regarding the business, their membership, or any other information you choose! *Please note: this email template will need to be fully customized by you. You can find and edit this email by going to Workflow > Email Templates and searching for "Welcome to \[workflow-Location Name\]* **Step 9** will assign a task to the client owner to call the new client and welcome them to the business. If there is no client owner on the profile, **Step 11** will send the same email signed by the business. **Step 12** will assign the task to either a group of employees or an individual employee based on your settings.

    The workflow will then wait until one day after the start of the membership. **Step 14** will grab the client's information again.

    **Step 15** will check to see if there is a client owner present. Is yes, **Step 16** will send an in-app chat from the client owner to the client welcoming them to the business. If there is not client owner, then **Step 18** will send the in-app message from the business.

    Click "Save" to save any changes you've made
