Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a leads booked appointment reservation status switches from reserved to no-show (**Step 1**). This workflow will let the lead know that we missed them and encourage them to book again. *Please note: a lead will automatically be marked as a no show 48 hours after the appointment if they have not been signed in.* As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]
    5
**Step 3** will enroll the lead in the workflow. **Step 4** will check to see if the lead has created a new reservation in the the last 48 hours. If YES, **Steps 5-6** will take the lead out of the workflow. If the lead has not booked anything, the workflow will move onto **Step 8.**
    6
**Step 8** will check to see who the provider was for the appointment. If our system can identify the provider, the workflow will complete **Steps 9-12**. If our system is unable to find a provider, the workflow will complete **Steps 14-16**.
    7
If the workflow finds a provider Step 9 will pull that provider's information. Step 10 will send an email to the lead letting them know they were missed and sign it from the provider. *This email can be found and edited by going to Workflows > Email Templates and searching the template name "We Missed You"* **Step 11** will create a task to call the lead to get them to rebook and assign it to the provider, **Step 12** will send a text message to the lead and sign it from the provider. *Pro-tip: If you click into an SMS task, you can edit what the text message reads by scrolling to the message section!* If there was no coach assigned, **Steps 14 and 16** will send the same email and text but sign them from the business rather than a provider. The task in **Step 15** will be assigned to an individual staff member or group of staff members based on your settings.
    8
The workflow will then wait one day before continuing. If the lead is still listed as no-showed and has not rebooked, **Steps 23** will assign a second task to the coach to call the lead and get them to book. If there is no coach assigned to the class, **Step 25** will assign the same task to a single employee or a group of employees based on your settings.
    9
The workflow will then wait 2 days before continuing. If the lead is still listed as no-showed and has not rebooked, **Steps 31-33** will send a text message and an email signed by the provider to encourage the lead to rebook. If there is no provider found, **Step 35-36** will send the same text message and email but sign it from the business rather than a provider.
    10
The workflow will then wait another 2 days before continuing. If the lead still has not been rebooked, **Step 42** will assign a task to the provider to disposition the lead as Disqualified. *Pro-tip: If you have the Lead Conversion Catalyst workflow active, marking a lead disqualified will automatically enroll them into a 300 day outreach workflow!* **Step 44** will assign the task to a single employee or a group of employees based on your settings.
