    2
Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.
    3
You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Universal folder - Membership Management folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Time Based Class Pack Renewal
    4
Be sure to click EDIT RECIPE to open the editor portion of the builder. This recipe will trigger when a client has a class pack membership that is set to auto-renew (**Step 1**). This workflow will auto-renew a class pack membership on the expiration date if the client has not used all the sessions. *An example of this would be: Miranda has a 10 Class Pack set to expire on August 1. On July 31st she has used 8 out of the 10 classes - this workflow will auto-renew her membership for a new 10 sessions on August 1st.* As always, **Step 2** shows the error monitoring. As a reminder, when an error occurs, the workflow will stop, and you will get an email that details the errors. If you cannot troubleshoot on your own, forward the email to [email protected]
    5
Step 1 will check to confirm that the client's membership is set to expire today and that it is a class pack.
    6
**Step 3** will enroll the client in the Workflow **Step 4** will grab the payment plan of the original membership on the profile **Step 5** will create an identical membership with a start date of today on the client's profile
