    Setting up Assessments, Batch Updating Settings, & Setting Presets

      Click on "Instructor Tools" to reveal a drop down menu.

      Choose "Activity Settings" from the revealed menu.

      Course Default Settings

      You have the option to set defaults that apply to all assignments in the course. To do this, select "Defaults".

      Make your selections and then click "Save Changes" to apply these defaults to the course.

      Create Presets

      Click on "Modify Presets"

      Click "Add New".

      Name your preset and make your selections. These selections will apply to any assessment that you choose to label with this preset.

      Individual Updates

      Choose the assignment you wish up edit settings by clicking on the pencil icon to the left of the assessment name.

      You can update the date and time here, apply a preset, or update all settings for this single assessment.

      Make your selections and choose "Save" to apply these settings to the individual assignment chosen.

      Batch Update Assessments

      You can search for all assessments by chapter, or assignment type.

      Choose your assessments by clicking the box to the left of the assessment name.

      Select "Batch Update". The box that appears allows you change the due dates and times for the chosen assessments, apply a preset, or choose the settings for this selection of assessments.
