    Setting up Brightspace Notifications

    Brightspace notifications are not automatically sent. You must sign up for them. This applies to both instructors and students.

    Navigate to <https://taylor.brightspace.com/d2l/home>

    Click your name in the top right corner of the page.

    Click "Notifications".

    It is recommended that you do not change the email setting. It is currently set to your Taylor email address. Click

    Confirm when you would like to receive your notifications.

    Decide which notifications you want to receive.

    You can customize notifications for all your courses. Click the "Allow future courses to send me notifications" field.

    You can also exclude certain courses by clicking "Manage my course exclusions".

    Click "Save".
