    Setting up Calendar sync between EAB Navigate and Microsoft Office 365

      Open EAB Navigate at <https://cyclones.campus.eab.com/>
      Click the Calendar icon on the left-hand toolbar
      In the upper-right corner, click "Settings and Sync"
      Click "Setup Sync..."
      Click "Microsoft Office 365 (Latest Version)" and log in with your Iowa State email and password
      It will display a notice it may take up to 30 minutes, but usually it occurs within a couple. This is a one-and-done action so the connection is active.
      What to expect: The EAB-Outlook calendar sync is bidirectional so if you block off a busy time on your Outlook, it will be a busy block in Navigate. It does not display personal details of the busy block unless it is an appointment made in Navigate. Lastly, all student appointments should be made in Navigate as any student appointment made in Outlook will not carry over to Navigate. Your availability set in Navigate creates scheduling windows for students to make appointments for a service type or appointment reason. Students can only schedule during those open, active availabilities. Be sure to block off time for yourself like lunch or other admin work on your Outlook calendar!
