    Setting up Inbound Keywords in Emarsys

      Login to your Emarsys account and click on the 'Management Menu' and select the 'SMS Settings' menu option

      Click on the 'Add Country or Region' button. Select the country/region, and provide the Inbound Number (your dedicated short code) and Test Message Number. Finally, select the Fee per SMS and click on the 'Apply' button.

      The Added country will appear on the SMS Settings page.

      Click on the 'Channels' menu and select the 'SMS Campaigns' option

      Click on the 'Inbound SMS' tab

      Navigate to the 'Inbound Event Setup'.

      Click 'Create New Event'.

      Provide an event name and add all the required keywords that should trigger the inbound message event. Select the event type as 'inboundUnsubscribeWorker' and provide the inbound number and click on the 'Save' button.

      The created event then appears on the Inbound Events list.
