Setting up a Short Code Sender ID in Ortto

Once you land on your Ortto Dashboard, click 'Settings'

Under the Settings menu, select the 'SMS' option

On the 'SMS Setup' page, select 'SMS Numbers'

Click on the 'New Number' button to add your sender ID

You will now see a dialog box open similar to below where you can enter your Sender Address. Click 'Add a short code number'

Open a new tab and login to your Tall Bob account. Click on the 'Settings' icon then select 'SMS Settings'.

On the SMS Settings page, select the 'Sender IDs' dropdown menu

Click on the Sender ID you want to use and copy the number

Switch back to Ortto and paste the copied shortcode in the 'Number' field

Select the country in which the shortcode is applied from the 'Select Country' dropdown i.e. 'New Zealand'

Once the necessary details are filled in, click the 'Submit' button
