Navigate to [https://app.tallbob.com/distribution/smstriggers](https://app-test.tallbob.com/distribution/smstriggers)

Select the 'Trigger Type' as Opt-out Trigger and click on the 'Create Button'

Select the longcode that you would like to set the Opt-out Trigger.\

Note: You can choose multiple longcodes or alpha numeric sender IDs as well

Enter the Keywords that should generate the trigger and click on 'Next Button'.\

When a customer responds to the message send using one the added keywords, the contact of that customer gets directly added to the Optout List

Provide a Optional Confirmation Message and click on the 'Save Button'\

This message will be sent once the customer has responded with the Trigger Keyword

The final step is to provide the 'Trigger Name' and click on the 'Save Button' to save the trigger.
