Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.
You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Your industry folder (Functional Fitness, Universal, or Jiu Jitsu) - Client Nurture folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Client Added to Retain. This workflow will send a notification when a client has been added to the at-risk list letting you know to reach out and try to save them.
- **Customize Your Workflow:** Click "Edit" to personalize this automation. - **How it Works:** - When a client is flagged as "at-risk," you'll receive a notification. - We'll gently remind you to reach out and check in with them. - **Reconnect and Retain:** Use this opportunity to strengthen your relationship and help your client succeed.

When a client is marked "At-Risk" we assign a task to the client's assigned "Client Owner" to reach out and touch base.
Tip! Not sure what the client owner is? The Client Owner is the staff member assigned to a client in their profile. Workflows then uses that assigned staff member as the personal point of contact when sending communication or notifications about the client.
If there is no client owner, you get to decide who is in charge of contacting the client. - **Click Step 7 "Create Task: Client is "At Risk"**: this opens up the task settings - **Find the Select a value drop down** - **Select a segment of staff members to receive this notification**: first one to mark it complete removes it from everyone else's view! *Interested in building Custom Segments? Tip! Want to assign this to a specific employee rather than a group? 1. Switch the Assignee Type drop-down to "Employee" 2. Switch the "Custom Value Drop" down to Select From List 3. Pick the employee you want to make the call of the list.
Click "**Save**" to save any changes you've made and click "**Exit**" to leave editor mode
