Log into Wodify and access the Workflow Builder.
You can find this workflow by: - Going to your Location Project - Wodify Bundles folder - Your industry folder (Functional Fitness, Universal, or Jiu Jitsu) - Client Nurture folder - Recipes folder Click on the recipe called Client Removed from Retain. This workflow will send a notification when a client has been removed from the at-risk list letting you know that they have been saved!
- **Success Alert:** When a client is no longer at risk, you'll get an email notification. - **Track Your Wins:** Monitor your retention success and celebrate the impact of your efforts! - **Need Help?** Forward any error alert emails to [support@wodify.com](mailto:support@wodify.com).
Tip! Looking to edit the email? You can: - Click Step 6: Send Email - Click the "Workflow Template" hyperlink underneath the workflow template drop down OR - Navigate to Workflows > Email Templates - Search the template name "Congrats on Retaining Another Client" - Click on the email template
Click "**Save**" to save any changes you made and click "**Exit**" to leave the editor mode.
Don't forget to click "**Start Recipe**" and take control of your client retention journey!
