    Setup your meetings link

    Click the Settings icon
    Click General
    Click on the "Calendar" tab
    Click "Connect your calendar"
    Select your calendar provide (limited to Google or Microsoft)
    Click "Connect your calendar"
    Click "Agree and connect to Google"
    Select your Google Account
    Click "Allow"
    Scroll down and you can set some general meeting preferences for your meeting link

    Configure your meeting scheduling page

    Click "Sales" from the navigational menu
    Select "Meetings" from the navigational menu dropdown
    Hover over your meeting link and click "Edit"
    Here you can change the name of the meeting that will show in HubSpot, set an event title, add video conferencing links, and add a default description.
    We suggest turning on "Cancel and reschedule". This will allow people to update the meeting without needing to email back and forth.
    Reschedule and cancel links will be added to the meeting description and confirmation email. Save your changes.
    Click on the "Scheduling" tab
    Edit the meeting title contacts will see on your scheduling page
    Select your meeting duration options
