Click "More Actions for Canvas Discussions & Announcements Redesign Tutorial" - (the three dots on the bottom right corner of the video you want to share with someone)

Click "Share Media"

Type the person's name with whom you want to share the video. You can share videos in this manner to anyone within the VCCS.

Once the list of names comes up, click on the person you were seeking.

Click the down arrow to set their video permissions.

Choose whether you want them to be able to view, edit, or remove their access to this video.

Click "Update"

Click "Desktop"
