Sharing a Dashboard Outside of Dashbot

Dashbot
To share a dashboard, select the "Share" button in the top right hand corner of the dashboard.

The URL for the shareable view of the dashboard will then be copied to your clipboard.

Open a new tab and paste in the URL.

Your dashboard is now viewable to anyone with the URL in an easy to read format. Also note, a shareable dashboard doesn't enable the viewer to access transcripts or any configurations.

In addition to the shareable link, you can download the dashboard as a PDF. Select the "download" button in the top right hand corner of the dashboard.\

Your Dashboard will then download to your computer in a PDF file.
