You can share the form in Google Classroom or follow the steps below to share it via QR code.

Open the google form.

Click "Send"

Click this icon.

Click "Copy"

Open a new tab

Click the three dots at the top right corner.

Click "save and share" then click "create QR code."

You now have a QR code students can scan to access the form!
